Introduction

Fairville takes your privacy and your rights in data processing seriously. When Fairville processes personal data via Our City App on behalf of a local government, Fairville acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, and the local government is responsible for the processing. Such data processing is explained in the privacy statement of the relevant government responsible for this processing.

The current Privacy Statement only relates to the processing operations that Fairville itself, as the controller, performs. If Fairville itself processes your data via its Websites or mobile application, and does not act on behalf of a local government or third party, the current privacy statement applies to this.
